After your examination, we will inform you of any further treatment needed to preserve your teeth or gums and help you understand your choices. The financial coordinator will discuss payment options and assist in scheduling your appointments.

We accept insurance from most carriers, however dental benefits vary greatly. Our staff will assist you in maximizing the value of your insurance. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim for you, however, you are responsible for deductibles and payments not covered by your carrier.

Please understand that the dental professionals at Amazing Smiles recommend treatment based on your health needs, not your insurance coverage. Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Here is a list of some of the insurance carriers we accept:

As an extension of the Amazing Smiles Dental Plan, we also offer a special plan for children 12 and under. This plan is available to parents/guardians who have decided to take advantage of our Amazing Smiles Dental Plan and wish to extend those benefits to their children.
